Today I have a little bonus post for you all, and an exciting one at that!!! For the last couple of weeks I've been working away on an exciting little project and today is the day I'm sharing it with you all!

For the month of September I've put together 30 DAYS OF SELF CARE. It consists of 30 prompts for 30 days, all with the intention of encouraging you to pay more attention to your self care and create positive habits that will hopefully help you to enhance your wellbeing for the longer term.

Alongside this I've also put together a daily email to talk you through the prompts and offer advice on how you might put the prompts into action. These emails are 100% FREE and all you need to do is sign up to my email list through the form in my sidebar > or you can click right >HERE<.

At the moment, you will only be able to receive all the emails if you sign up BEFORE THE 1ST SEPTEMBER! Signing up after this point will mean that you'll miss out on some (although I can try to sent them out retrospectively, but I can't promise that you'll be able to get access to them). I'll be releasing the graphics showing all the prompts next Wednesday, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

If you want to be involved I really encourage you to make sure that you get your name down - I'll be so happy to have you on board! I've worked so hard pulling this together so I really hope those who decide to join me find value throughout the month.
