Ways To Cheer Yourself Up, Right NOW!

Do you ever have days when you just feel a bit glum/under the weather/not your usual chipper self? I know I do. So, in a bid for us all to be as happy and cheery as possible, as much as possible, I've compiled a list of things that might just cheer you up right NOW!

1. Google image search "Cute Animals" 
2. Watch your favourite feel-good film (for me that's Pitch Perfect - aca-awesome!)
3. Do a bit of exercise and get those endorphins flowing!
4. Have a catch up with a friend (over tea and cake is even better!)
5. Have a laugh over some of the, no doubt, hilarious photos of yourself that have been posted on Facebook over the years.
6. If you have a pet, give them a cuddle, if not, find a human to hug.
7. Listen to some throwback music (Spice Girls anyone?)
8. Dance like nobody's watching (to Spice Girls)
9. Take a nap - I always feel so much better after a nice, cosy nap.
10. Have a nice bubbly bath (a Lush bath bomb always sweetens the deal)
11. Give yourself a pep-talk over some motivational quotes.
12. Get outdoors and take a big, deep breath of fresh air
13. Take 5 or 10 minutes to follow a guided relaxation.
14. Start a project you've been meaning to get stuck into.
15. Get lost in a good book.

I know that there's many, many more things that could be added to this list too, so let's keep adding to this 15 and see if we can all put together 50 things to do to cheer yourself up right now!
