#JDxadidasStellaSport - Thoughts From The Day and HAUL!

Last Friday I was super duper lucky to be invited along to the #JDxadidasStellaSport VIP event by my gorgeous friend Laura (from Laura: Fat2Fit), who won a competition and asked me to be her +1!! I was so unbelievably excited as it meant I actually got to meet Laura IN REAL LIFE for the first time (she's just wonderful, you'd be mad not to <3 her!) and the day itself was so much fun, we were well and truly spoilt by the lovely folk at JD Sports and Adidas.

The Comfiest of Yoga Outfits*.

It's no secret that this year has become my year of yoga. I've jumped head first into in and I'm practising pretty much everyday at the moment (you can check out my progress on Instagram!) Now I have lots of gym clothes, but most of them get put through the mill at the gym. They end up stretched and sweaty and covered in chalk, so I've definitely been in the market for some gym wear just for yoga. So when I was recently contacted by Buy Tshirts Online* and asked if I would like to pick out some clothing and put it together as a fitness outfit, my mind immediately jumped to a nice, comfy yoga outfit.

DW Fitness: 40 Days of Fitness Challenge - Days 26-30.

Another five days of the 40 Days of Fitness Challenge has passed us by. I can't believe how fast the challenge is flying by, it's ridiculous. It makes me sad in a way as it means Easter is nearly here and I'm moving out of my current job into a new one (my role is rotational) at Easter, which I feel a bit bittersweet about as I love my current job! Anyway, I digress, here's how I've been getting on over the last 5 days.

Self Acceptance, Happiness and Being YOU!

So as I'm sure you're all aware, on Sunday it was International Women's Day (8th March). All the empowering tweets and Instagram posts sparked a little bit of reflection time, which in turn has led to me sitting down to write this post. Over the last few years I feel that I've been on a fairly significant journey of personal acceptance. I feel like I've gone from an awkward young girl who tried to be something she isn't to fit in, to a strong, independent woman who is becoming more and more content to just be me.

Symprove 12 Week Programme - Update #1.

I can't believe it's been two weeks since I started my 12 week programme with seems to have gone so quickly! Today I just wanted to share a quick update about how I've been getting on over the last fortnight. RECIPE: Polenta Pizza.

I was recently perusing a Waitrose magazine when I stumbled across a recipe for Polenta Pizza...naturally this caught my eye as I bloody love pizza. The perks of the polenta means it also makes the pizza wheat free (yaaay!) so I just knew that I'd have to concoct my own, sharpish.
