The Easiest Curry Sauce Recipe. Ever.

I'm not going to lie, I've never been the biggest fan of curries. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spice and being quite fickle and only liking what I like I've never really given them much time. However, we recently made one in a cooking group at work and since then my curry fire has proverbially been reignited!! I know jarred curry sauces aren't the healthiest and have all sorts added so I've been doing a little experimenting making my own, super simple curry sauce.

Symprove 12 Week Programme*.

If you experience IBS then I'm sure you'll agree that it is entirely unpleasant. Having being diagnosed with IBS last year (although experiencing symptoms for probably at least 10 years), I've tried several dietary and lifestyle changes in order to help reduce symptoms, which have definitely had a positive impact, however, I'm always on the look out for other solutions and treatments that would help improve my symptoms.

Realash - The After.

 You may (or may not) have seen a couple of previous posts discussing my Realash journey. If you haven't then I'll give you a quick update. Basically I've been trying out the Realash eyelash growth serum for the last 12 weeks and tracking the progress over a couple of posts, which you can find here and here. Today is the big day, the final day! Today I'm revealing the fruits of Realash's labour!

My Thoughts: F&F Animal Print Leggings.

I recently picked up these snazzy leggings from F&F at Tesco on an absolute whim. It was late in the evening so I couldn't try them on but I loved the pattern of the fabric so much that I decided to take a chance. These leggings were super affordable, a mere £10, so in all honesty I was expecting the quality to be questionable and that I would most likely have to return them. But oh my how wrong was I?!

Staying on Track - What Works for Me.

We all know that exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, but it can be very easy for it to fall by the wayside amongst our busy and hectic lives. I'm not going to lie, there have been times where I have used every excuse under the Sun to get out of getting my workout in. But of late, I've become far more consistent, yes there are still times where I can't be bothered, but that no longer stops me like it used to. So what's changed I hear you cry?! Well that's what I'm going to share with you today!

If you've seen my Snack Attack post you may have noticed that I LOVE snack bars. They're just so convenient to throw in my bag to nibble on when I get a bit peckish (which is quite often!). When I saw that Frank were having a January sale, reducing their boxes of 20 bars to just £13, I knew I couldn't say no!

Fit Kit Wishlist : February 2015 'The Colour Edition'.

Since kick starting my training programme back up at the beginning of January, I've really developed a bit of an obsession with gym clothes and have spent far too many hours perusing the web for goodies. I thought I'd share a few of the bits I've been lusting after - I think the theme of this collection is 'bright and colourful'. Maybe it's because I'm dreaming of the warmer months but I'm seriously drawn to anything colourful at the moment and why not, gym wear should be fun if you ask me!

The Training Diaries: Plodding Along.

I just thought I'd write a quick training diaries update seeing as it's been a couple of weeks since I last posted one. As you probably guessed by the title, things are just plodding along nicely. I've been getting in my 3 strength workouts and the weights are slowly, slowly creeping up which is great!
